Cupcake Catering!

Can you say DELISH? We catered a wedding over the weekend where the bride requested a cupcake buffet for her guests' dessert! We did three types: Oreo cupcakes with Oreo cream cheese frosting, white cake with buttercream (with a chocolate heart on top), and chocolate with cream cheese frosting (with a purple fondant flower on top). The bride also wanted a wedding cake to cut, but not serve, so she chose two simple 8" round fondant cakes; one to cut, and one to freeze until their first anniversary. I think it all turned out yummy and great!
